The invention provides a road parking specification degree evaluation method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle image. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a road parking specification degree evaluation platform; the road parking specification degree evaluation platform comprises a vehicle boundary detection network model, a vehicle key point detection network model and a parking space segmentation network model which are obtained through pre-construction and training; and according to the vehicle key point position projection coordinates and the angular point position coordinates of the parking space wireframe, vehicle parking specifications are evaluated. According to the invention, the problems of low efficiency, high labor cost and the like in traditional parking specification management are solved, the automation level and accuracy of parking specification management are improved, and an effective parking specification management means is provided for urban traffic management departments.

    本发明提供一种基于无人机图像的道路停车规范度评价方法,包括以下步骤:构建道路停车规范度评价平台;所述道路停车规范度评价平台包括预先构建并训练得到的车辆边界检测网络模型、车辆关键点检测网络模型和车位分割网络模型;根据车辆关键点位置投影坐标和车位线框的角点位置坐标,对车辆停车规范进行评价。本发明解决了传统停车规范度管理中存在的效率低下、人力成本高等问题,提高了停车规范度管理的自动化水平和精准度,为城市交通管理部门提供了一种有效的停车规范度管理手段。
