The invention provides a traffic density adaptive vehicle trajectory prediction method. The method comprises two basic steps: S1, traffic state prediction; s2, traffic state adaptive track prediction is considered; s1 comprises two specific steps of traffic state variable representation and traffic state prediction by using a time convolutional neural network; and S2, trajectory prediction problem modeling, vehicle historical trajectory feature extraction, vehicle spatial-temporal feature extraction, vehicle future trajectory feature representation, latent variable acquisition and vehicle future trajectory prediction. According to the invention, the traffic density is evaluated in real time, and the parameters or the structure of the trajectory prediction model is adjusted according to different traffic densities, so that accurate prediction of vehicle trajectories under different traffic densities is realized. According to the method, track prediction is realized through efficient feature extraction and an attention mechanism, the simplicity and the high efficiency of the model are maintained, the calculation complexity is simplified, and the track prediction precision and the robustness under different traffic densities are improved.

    本发明提供了一种交通密度自适应的车辆轨迹预测方法,其包括两个基本步骤:S1、交通状态预测;S2、考虑交通状态自适应的的轨迹预测;S1包括交通状态变量表示和使用时间卷积神经网络进行交通状态预测两个具体步骤;S2包括轨迹预测问题建模,车辆历史轨迹特征提取、车辆时空特征提取、车辆未来轨迹特征表示、潜变量的获取和车辆未来轨迹预测。本发明通过对交通密度进行实时评估,根据不同的交通密度调整轨迹预测模型的参数或结构,实现了对不同交通密度下的车辆轨迹的精确预测。本发明通过高效的特征提取和注意力机制实现轨迹的预测,保持了模型的简洁性和高效性,简化了计算的复杂度,提高了在不同交通密度下的轨迹预测精度和鲁棒性。
