The invention relates to a super capacitor control circuit and method for intelligently recognizing a vehicle starting mode, the control circuit comprises a main control module, a super capacitor bank, a charging control module, a discharging control module and an environment information sampling module, the power supply output end of the charging control module is connected with the power supply input end of the super capacitor bank; the power output end of the super capacitor bank is connected with the power input end of the discharging control module, the power output end of the discharging control module is connected with the power output end of the storage battery in parallel, and the signal output end of the environment information sampling module is connected with the third sampling signal input end of the main control module. Accurate charging and discharging management of the super capacitor is realized through dynamic signal control of the main control module and a synergistic effect of the plurality of sampling modules. By adjusting the magnitude of the output current of the super capacitor bank, the system effectively adapts to the requirements of different environments and working conditions, the adaptability of the system under extreme conditions such as low temperature or frequent start and stop is improved, and the system has relatively high intelligent adjustment capability.
