The first switch module and the AC/DC conversion module are connected in series between the first end and the second end of the AC source module; the two input ends of the voltage conversion module are electrically connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the alternating current and direct current conversion module respectively. The follow current module, the second switch module and the energy absorption module are sequentially connected in series between the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the voltage conversion module; the brake coil and the energy absorption module are arranged in parallel.
