The invention discloses a wheel type engineering machinery braking system and a loader, and the wheel type engineering machinery braking system comprises a sensor module which is connected with a first end of a complete machine control module, and the sensor module is used for detecting brake pedal data in real time and transmitting the brake pedal data to the complete machine control module; the second end of the complete machine control module is connected with the gearbox control module, and the complete machine control module is used for sending gearbox control information to the gearbox control module according to the brake pedal data in combination with an engineering machinery brake learning model so as to control the working state of a gearbox through the gearbox control module; and the third end of the complete machine control module is connected with the brake valve, and the complete machine control module is further used for controlling the working state of the brake valve according to the brake pedal data and in combination with an engineering machinery brake learning model, so that the wheel type engineering machinery is braked stably. The brake efficiency of the wheel type engineering machinery is improved, and the abrasion of the brake is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种轮式工程机械制动系统和装载机,轮式工程机械制动系统包括:传感器模块与整机控制模块的第一端连接,传感器模块用于实时检测制动踏板数据,并将制动踏板数据传输至整机控制模块;整机控制模块的第二端与变速箱控制模块连接,整机控制模块用于根据制动踏板数据,结合工程机械制动学习模型,向变速箱控制模块发送变速箱控制信息,以通过变速箱控制模块控制变速箱的工作状态;整机控制模块的第三端与制动阀连接,整机控制模块还用于根据制动踏板数据,并结合工程机械制动学习模型,控制制动阀的工作状态,以使轮式工程机械平稳制动。本发明提高了轮式工程机械的制动效率,有效降低了制动器的磨损。
