The linear motor controls the push frame to move to push the electricity conversion switch to rotate, so that the electricity conversion switch transmits electric energy of the charging pile to the condensation pipe through the electric lead, the condensation pipe cools high temperature generated when the power battery is charged, and therefore, the power battery does not need to be discharged in the charging process, and the charging efficiency is improved. Therefore, the temperature of the power battery can be controlled.
