The biosynthetic soft-bodied robot comprises a driving part, a trunk part, a cavity part and a guide part, the driving part comprises a driving cell tissue and a tail oar foot; the trunk part comprises a main trunk, a second connector and a third connector; the driving cell tissue is arranged in the middle of the main body trunk and is used for driving the tail paddle foot to contract and relax; the cavity part comprises a trunk cavity and a tail cavity; the guide part comprises a head structure and a tail thin fin; according to the biosynthesis soft robot, posture switching such as sinking, suspension and floating can be achieved through the cavity part, and the biosynthesis soft robot can advance in the liquid environment and is driven by the driving cell tissue. According to the structural design, the contractility for driving the cell tissue is improved, the advancing resistance is reduced, and the advancing power and speed of the biosynthetic soft robot can be improved. The biosynthesis soft robot can be used for in-vitro experiments, and a research basis is provided for subsequent in-vivo execution of medicine transportation tasks.
