The amphibious transport plane based on the ground effect comprises a plane body, a main wing and a vertical empennage, the main wing is located behind the gravity center of the plane body, a pair of forward-swept front wings are further arranged in front of the gravity center of the plane body, and the vertical empennage is arranged on the main wing; a first propeller is arranged on each of the left and right sides of the head of the fuselage; a pair of second propellers is arranged at the front end of the main wing; a fault step is arranged in the middle of the fuselage. The aircraft has the beneficial effects that the aircraft obtains a great lift-drag ratio in a ground effect area by utilizing the ground effect, the aircraft is lifted up through an airflow air cushion, and the airflow angle of the engine is accurately controlled by utilizing a popular engine tilting technology, so that the aircraft is prevented from falling off. Therefore, low-oil-consumption, large-load, short-distance take-off and low-speed landing are achieved, and the take-off and landing performance of the seaplane is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种基于地面效应的水陆两栖运输机,包括机身、主翼和垂直尾翼,所述主翼位于所述机身的重心后方,所述机身的重心前方还设置有一对前掠的前翼,所述垂直尾翼设置在主翼上;所述机身头部左右两侧各设置有一个第一螺旋桨;所述主翼的前端设置有一对第二螺旋桨;所述机身中部设置有断阶。本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用地面效应在地效区内使飞机获得极大的升阻比,并通过“气流气垫”将飞机“托举”起来,并利用较为流行的发动机倾转技术,实现精准控制发动机气流角度,以此来实现“低油耗大载重短距起飞,低速度降落”极大改善水上飞机的起降性能。
