The invention discloses an aero-engine starting control method based on torque measurement. The aero-engine starting control method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring a torque value required by an engine in a starting state; s2, the engine starting process is divided into three stages according to the time sequence, a control torque model of engine starting is established, and fitting constants in the control torque model are fitted through the torque values collected in the S1; s3, correcting the control moment model in the S2 by atmospheric pressure to obtain a corrected control moment model; and S4, an alternating current motor is adopted to provide starting torque for the engine, and the alternating current motor outputs a torque value according to the control torque model in the S3. According to the method, the requirements for accessories and methods in the aero-engine starting process are lowered, due to the fact that the torque is adjustable, the adaptability to different working conditions and environments is enhanced, the starting efficiency and the fuel economy are improved, and a new thought and a new solution are provided for intelligent control over the aero-engine.

    本发明公开了一种基于力矩测量的航空发动机起动控制方法,包括:S1测量发动机起动状态下所需的力矩值;将发动机起动过程根据时间顺序划分为三个阶段,建立发动机起动的控制力矩模型,并通过S1中采集的力矩值拟合控制力矩模型中的拟合常量;S3以大气压力修正S2中的控制力矩模型,获得修正后的控制力矩模型;S4采用交流电机为发动机提供起动力矩,且交流电机根据S3中的控制力矩模型输出力矩值。本发明降低了航空发动机起动过程中的附件和方法要求,因力矩可调,本发明增强了在不同工况和环境下的适应性,提高了起动效率和燃油经济性,为航空发动机的智能控制提供了新的思路和解决方案。
