The method comprises the following steps: collecting operation data when a single elevator normally operates, wherein the operation data comprises sound data and vibration data; according to the operation data during normal operation of the single ladder, establishing a fatigue baseline of the single ladder; collecting operation data when the elevator runs under the fault, and associating the operation data with a corresponding fault type; establishing a fault diagnosis model according to the operation data of the associated fault; acquiring operation data of a single ladder, and comparing the operation data with the fault diagnosis model to obtain a single ladder fault diagnosis result; and comparing the operation data with the single-ladder fatigue baseline to obtain a single-ladder fatigue prediction result.
