The invention provides a water-turbine generator set rotor hoisting monitoring system which comprises a first monitoring module used for detecting first horizontal data of a balance beam through which hoisting equipment hoists a rotor, and a second monitoring module used for detecting second horizontal data of the balance beam through which hoisting equipment hoists the rotor, the second monitoring module is used for detecting second level data of the top of the rotor and third level data of the bottom of the rotor; the third monitoring module is used for detecting impact data between the rotor and the stator; and the control module is used for controlling the hoisting equipment according to the first horizontal data, the second horizontal data, the third horizontal data and the impact data, so that the rotor is mounted in the stator in a centering manner. According to the rotor hoisting monitoring system of the water-turbine generator set, problems can be found in time when the balance beam and the rotor are horizontally changed, the posture of the rotor is automatically corrected, then accurate centering of the rotor and the stator is achieved, and collision between the rotor and the stator is avoided.

    本公开提出一种水轮发电机组转子吊装监测系统,包括:第一监测模块,第一监测模块用于检测平衡梁的第一水平数据,其中,吊装设备通过平衡梁吊装转子;第二监测模块,第二监测模块用于检测转子顶部的第二水平数据和转子底部的第三水平数据;第三监测模块,第三监测模块用于检测转子和定子之间的撞击数据;控制模块,控制模块用于根据第一水平数据、第二水平数据、第三水平数据和撞击数据控制吊装设备,以使转子对中安装在定子中。在本公开的一种水轮发电机组转子吊装监测系统中,在平衡梁和转子出现水平变化时能够及时发现问题,并自动纠正转子姿态,进而实现转子和定子的精准对中,避免造成转子和定子之间的擦碰。
