According to the implementation of the invention, a scheme for decision making is provided. In this approach, a target agent may receive a set of observation information from a set of associated agents. Further, the target agent may generate a first intermediate decision for the target agent based on a set of observation information and target observation information for the target agent. Additionally, the target agent may also receive a first set of intermediate decisions from a set of associated agents, and may generate a target decision for the target agent based at least on the generated first intermediate decision and the received first set of intermediate decisions. Based on the mode, the embodiment of the invention can support the agent not only to consider the observation information of other associated agents, but also to consider the intermediate decision of other associated agents in the decision making process, so that the execution effect of the decision can be improved in a negotiation mode.
