The invention relates to a liquid cooling cable and a processing method of the liquid cooling cable, the liquid cooling cable comprises a main core wire, a first sheath and a second sheath, the first sheath sleeves the main core wire, the outer surface of part of the main core wire is in contact with the inner surface of the first sheath, the outer surface of the first sheath is provided with a heat insulation groove, and the heat insulation groove is communicated with the first sheath. The heat insulation groove corresponds to the contact part of the outer surface of the main core wire and the inner surface of the first sheath; the second sheath is sleeved outside the first sheath. When the main core wire is electrified and heated, the heat insulation groove corresponds to the area with the highest temperature rise, air in the heat insulation groove can serve as an effective heat insulation medium, heat conducted from the area with the highest temperature rise on the first sheath to the second sheath is reduced, and therefore the temperature of the second sheath is effectively reduced, the temperature of the second sheath is prevented from exceeding the standard, and user experience is improved; moreover, the sum of the thickness of the first sheath and the thickness of the second sheath can be equal to the thickness of the sheath of a common cable, so that the diameter of the liquid-cooled cable is prevented from being increased.
本发明涉及一种液冷线缆及液冷线缆的加工方法,液冷线缆包括主芯线、第一护套及第二护套,第一护套套设于主芯线外,部分主芯线的外表面和第一护套的内表面接触,第一护套的外表面设有隔热槽,隔热槽与主芯线的外表面和第一护套的内表面接触的部分对应;第二护套套设于第一护套外。主芯线通电升温时,隔热槽与温升最高的区域对应,隔热槽内的空气能够作为有效的隔热介质,减少从第一护套上温升最高的区域向第二护套传导的热量,从而有效降低第二护套的温度,防止第二护套的温度超过标准,提升用户体验;并且,第一护套和第二护套的厚度之和可以等于一般线缆外皮的厚度,避免增加该液冷线缆的直径。
