The invention relates to the technical field of liquid cooling of charging piles, in particular to a liquid cooling system of a charging pile, which comprises a cooling circulation module for cooling liquid circulation of a charger of the charging pile to reduce the temperature of the charging pile; the detection module comprises a temperature detection assembly which is connected with the cooling liquid circulation assembly and is used for detecting the temperature of the outer skin of the cable and a pressure detection assembly which is connected with the cooling liquid circulation assembly and is used for detecting the pressure of the cable; the fault identification module is used for preliminarily determining a first fault type according to the temperature of the outer skin of the cable, and judging the position change amplitude of the bare conductor according to the change quantity and the change time interval of the pressure of the cable so as to determine the reason of the position change and a second fault type; the correction module is used for adjusting the rotating speed of the coolant pump according to the second fault type or the actual charging power of the charger; the cooling quality and the cooling stability of the charging pile are improved.

    本发明涉及充电桩液冷技术领域,尤其涉及一种充电桩液冷系统,包括:冷却循环模块,其通过对充电桩的充电机进行冷却液循环以降低充电桩的温度;检测模块,包括与所述冷却液循环组件相连用以检测电缆的外表皮温度的温度检测组件和与冷却液循环组件相连用以检测电缆的压力的压力检测组件;故障识别模块,用以根据所述电缆的外表皮温度初步确定第一故障类型,根据所述电缆的压力的变化量和变化时间间隔判定裸导体的位置变化幅度,以确定位置变化的原因和第二故障类型;校正模块,用以根据所述第二故障类型或充电机的实际充电功率调整所述冷却液泵的转速;本发明实现了对于充电桩的冷却质量和冷却稳定性的提高。
