The invention provides a full-time-domain adaptive multi-step battery cell equalization system and method, and the system comprises a BMS main control unit, a slave control sampling and equalization control unit, and a power battery PACK unit with a plurality of battery cells connected in series. The method comprises a full-time-domain temperature self-adaptive multi-step battery cell balancing strategy and a full-time-domain battery cell consistency deviation degree self-adaptive multi-step battery cell balancing strategy. And the priority of the full-time-domain temperature self-adaptive multi-step battery cell balancing strategy is higher than that of the full-time-domain battery cell consistency deviation degree self-adaptive multi-step battery cell balancing strategy. The problems of non-adjustable equalization current, large equalization heating amount, fast temperature rise, long equalization time and low equalization efficiency in the existing passive equalization technology are solved. According to the battery cell temperature and the control panel temperature monitored in real time or according to the grade degree of battery cell deviation consistency, the intelligent switching equalization circuit with temperature self-adaption or deviation degree self-adaption is carried out, and equalization current multi-step regulation and control are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种全时域自适应多梯级的电芯均衡系统及方法,其中,系统包括BMS主控单元、从控采样与均衡控制单元以及若干电芯串联的动力电池PACK单元。方法包括全时域温度自适应多梯级电芯均衡策略和全时域电芯一致性偏离程度自适应多梯级电芯均衡策略;且全时域温度自适应多梯级电芯均衡策略优先级高于全时域电芯一致性偏离程度自适应多梯级电芯均衡策略。解决了现有被动均衡技术中均衡电流不可调、均衡发热量大、温升快、均衡时间长以及均衡效率低的问题。根据实时监控的电芯温度以及控制板温度或者根据电芯偏离一致性的等级程度,进行温度自适应或者偏离程度自适应的智能切换均衡电路,实现均衡电流多梯级调控。
