The invention provides a traction/braking treatment system and method for a middle locomotive of a heavy-load locomotive. The system is provided with a sensing processing device, a TCMS device, a head locomotive instruction sending device and a middle locomotive traction braking device. The TCMS device is respectively connected with the other devices; a sensing processing device installed at the coupler of the middle locomotive obtains the coupler force data and then processes the coupler force data to obtain the processed coupler force data; if the current head locomotive instruction sending device is in a normal state, a traction/braking instruction is sent to the TCMS device, after the traction/braking instruction and the processed coupler force data are obtained, a middle locomotive traction/braking strategy is made, and corresponding traction/braking actions are executed according to the strategy. Compared with the prior art, the TCMS device of the middle locomotive is combined with the coupler force data to execute the traction/braking action, collision between the middle locomotive and the front train when the train is in different states can be effectively avoided, safety is improved, and the risk that the coupler at the end of the middle locomotive is unhooked is avoided.
本发明提供了一种重载机车中部机车牵引/制动处置系统及方法,系统设置有传感处理装置、TCMS装置、头部机车指令发送装置和中部机车牵引制动装置;TCMS装置分别与上述其他装置连接;当中部机车车钩处安装的传感处理装置获取车钩力数据后进行处理,得到处理后的车钩力数据;若当前头部机车指令发送装置处于正常状态时,向TCMS装置发送牵引/制动指令,当均已获取牵引/制动指令和处理后的车钩力数据后制定中部机车牵引/制动策略,根据该策略执行对应的牵引/制动动作。相比于现有技术,通过中部机车的TCMS装置结合车钩力数据执行牵引/制动动作,可以有效避免列车在不同状态时中部机车与前方列车间的冲撞,安全性,避免中部机车端部车钩脱钩的风险。
