The invention relates to a high-speed rack rail injection mechanism which is applied to a rack rail vehicle walking on a rail, the rack rail vehicle comprises a rack rail wheel, a meshing rack for the rack rail wheel to walk is arranged on the rail, and the rack rail vehicle further comprises a synchronizing device and a correcting device which are arranged at the driving-in end of the meshing rack, and the correcting device is used for adjusting the tooth entering position of the rack rail wheel. The toothed rail wheel sequentially passes through the synchronizing device and the correcting device and is meshed with the meshing rack; the synchronizing device comprises a synchronizing frame arranged on the track, a passing channel for the toothed rail wheels to pass through is arranged on the synchronizing frame, and a plurality of guide wheel mounting grooves distributed in the moving direction of the toothed rail vehicle and telescopic guide wheels arranged in the guide wheel mounting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence mode are arranged on the two sides of the passing channel. The telescopic guide wheel can move in the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the rack rail vehicle, and the telescopic guide wheel is horizontally arranged and has magnetism. Quick synchronous rotating speed of the toothed rail wheel can be achieved without adding a magnet on the toothed rail wheel, the requirement for the strength of the toothed rail wheel is effectively lowered, and the overall working stability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种高速齿轨入轨机构,应用于在轨道上行走的齿轨车,齿轨车包括齿轨轮,轨道上设有供齿轨轮行走的啮合齿条,包括设置在啮合齿条驶入端的同步装置和校正装置,校正装置用于调整齿轨轮的入齿位置,齿轨轮依次经过同步装置、校正装置并与啮合齿条啮合;同步装置包括设置在轨道上的同步框架,同步框架上设有供齿轨轮通行的通行通道,通行通道的两侧设有若干沿齿轨车运动方向排布的导轮安装槽和一一对应设置在导轮安装槽内的伸缩导轮,伸缩导轮可沿垂直于齿轨车运动的方向运动,伸缩导轮水平设置,伸缩导轮带有磁性。本发明无需在齿轨轮上增加磁体即可实现齿轨轮快速同步转速,有效降低了对齿轨轮的强度需求,提高整体的工作稳定性。
