Water flow/air flow rushing into the seawater tank forms rotational flow rotating downwards in the seawater tank, so that silt on the inner wall of the seawater tank is scoured; the middle of a bottom plate of the seawater tank is provided with a circular seabed grating, and one or more circles of quicksand holes are formed in the periphery of the bottom plate. Water flow flushing and gas flushing are arranged in the downward rotation direction, downward rotational flow is formed, the cleaning work of automatically removing silt of the seawater tank is achieved, the cleaning cost of the seawater tank is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
