The diaphragm assembly A comprises a metal sheet, a diaphragm and a knife edge valve; the pressure regulating structure comprises two fixedly connected diaphragm assemblies, the pressure regulating structure moves up and down through comparison between the cabin and the atmospheric pressure difference force and the spring pre-tightening force, and the pressure regulating structure does not interfere with the movement of the knife edge valve. The diaphragm assembly in the pressure regulating structure moves up and down through comparison between the pressure difference force of the control cavity and the atmospheric pressure and the pre-tightening force of the spring and moves together with the knife edge valve, and the pressure regulating device has the advantages of being high in regulating precision, small in large and small flow regulating pressure deviation and stable in cabin pressure regulation.

    本发明涉及航空飞机座舱压力调节器技术领域,涉及一种具有联动调节方式的座舱安全活门。包括壳体、膜片组合件A、垫片、盖、弹簧A、网、压套、中壳体、上壳体、弹簧B、滑筒、调节杆、盖板、膜片组合件B、膜片组合件C、柱子。膜片组合件A包括金属片、膜片、刀口活门;其设置的调压结构包括两个固连的膜片组合件,其通过座舱与大气压差力与弹簧预紧力对比而上下运动,其与刀口活门运动互不干涉,相较于传统的座舱安全活门,调压结构中膜片组合件通过控制腔与大气压差力与弹簧预紧力对比而上下运动,与刀口活门一同运动的特点,具有调节精度高、大小流量调节压力偏差小、座舱压力调节稳定的优点。
