The invention relates to an expressway traffic incident supervision method, system and device and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of traffic supervision, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the real-time monitoring based on a preset radar, and obtaining the traffic data of an expressway; analyzing the traffic data, and judging whether an abnormal event occurs or not; wherein the abnormal events at least comprise traffic accidents and traffic jams; if the abnormal event occurs, calling monitoring video data of the highway section where the abnormal event occurs, and generating and outputting alarm information with the monitoring video data and traffic data corresponding to the abnormal event; determining whether a dangerous vehicle exists based on the traffic data acquired in real time; and if the dangerous vehicle exists, determining an associated vehicle associated with the dangerous vehicle in real time, and sending warning information to a navigation platform which is in communication connection in advance. The method has the effects of improving the quick response and alarm of the abnormal event of the expressway and helping the expressway management personnel to process the abnormal event timely and efficiently.
