The invention relates to an electric power obstacle-crossing inspection robot which comprises a triangular crawler obstacle-crossing leveling motion platform and a double-arm cooperative visual servo maintenance system, the double-arm cooperative visual servo maintenance system is arranged on the triangular crawler obstacle-crossing leveling motion platform, and an inclination signal is sent by a vehicle body attitude sensor. The controller controls the leveling electric push rod to conduct leveling adjustment on the leveling upper bearing platform, the stability of the triangular crawler belt obstacle crossing leveling motion platform can be guaranteed, and the double-arm cooperation visual servo maintenance system is made to be in the horizontal state. The motor speed reduction driving module and the triangular crawler belt movement module are used in cooperation, so that the vehicle can stably pass on soft terrains or rugged roads; according to the electric power obstacle crossing inspection robot, automatic and accurate maintenance of electric power inspection equipment can be achieved, and meanwhile the maintenance efficiency and the maintenance quality of the electric power obstacle crossing inspection robot are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种电力越障巡检机器人,包括:三角履带越障地调平运动平台和双臂协作视觉伺服维保系统,双臂协作视觉伺服维保系统设置于三角履带越障地调平运动平台上,通过车体姿态传感器给出的倾斜信号,控制器控制调平电动推杆来进行对调平上部承载平台进行调平调节,能够保证三角履带越障地调平运动平台的稳定性,使得双臂协作视觉伺服维保系统处于水平状态之下;并且电机减速驱动模组和三角履带运动模组的配合使用,可以在松软地形或崎岖的道路上平稳通行;本发明的电力越障巡检机器人,可以实现电力巡检设备的自动化精准检修,同时也保证了电力越障巡检机器人的检修效率和检修质量。
