The invention relates to assembly type laminated slab hoisting equipment which comprises a hoisting frame, a hoisting beam, a hoisting rod, a guide block and an adjusting assembly. Inclined guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the hanging bracket, guide blocks are fixed to the two ends of the hanging beam, and the guide blocks are arranged in the guide rails in a matched and sleeved mode and can slide along the guide rails. The lifting rods are linearly arranged at the lower part of the lifting beam; the upper portions of the hanging beams on the two sides are connected with the adjusting assemblies working independently, so that the hanging beams slide along the guide rails, and the adjusting assemblies can provide supporting force for the hanging beams and keep the hanging beams at the adjusting positions. And a lifting ring connected with a lifting machine is arranged on the lifting frame. Aiming at the hoisting requirements of the laminated slab, the position of the hoisting beam can be conveniently adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the hoisting operation is more flexible and adapts to different sizes, and meanwhile, the angle adjustment in the hoisting process of the laminated slab is met, so that the on-site construction environment is better adapted, the flexible adjustment of the inclination angle of the laminated slab is realized, and the collision risk is reduced; the horizontal occupied area is reduced, and the hoisting flexibility is improved.
本发明涉及一种装配式叠合板吊装设备包括吊架、吊梁、吊杆、导块和调节组件;所述吊架的两侧设置有倾斜的导轨,所述吊梁的两端固定有导块,导块适配套装在导轨内,并能沿导轨滑动;所述吊杆沿线性布置在吊梁的下部;两侧的吊梁的上部连接均与独立工作的调节组件连接,使吊梁沿导轨滑动,调节组件能为吊梁提供支撑力,并将吊梁保持在调整位置;所述吊架上设置有与起吊机连接的吊环。本发明针对叠合板的吊装需求,通过调节组件能够方便地调整吊梁的位置,使吊装作业更加灵活,适应不同尺寸,同时满足叠合板吊装过程中的角度调节,进而较好的适应现场施工环境,实现了叠合板倾斜角度的灵活调节,减少碰撞风险,降低水平占用面积,提升吊装灵活性。
