The invention provides a crane steel wire rope winding abnormity detection system and method based on vision, and the system comprises an image collection module which is installed at a position where a crane roller is located and is used for collecting an image of a steel wire rope winding condition in a hoisting process of the crane roller in real time; the light source module is arranged at the position of the image acquisition module and is used for providing illumination for the image acquisition module so as to ensure the image acquisition quality; the image processing module is connected with the image acquisition module, and is used for receiving the image acquired by the image acquisition module, processing and identifying image information by adopting a neural network model, and carrying out winding abnormity detection so as to detect whether the state of the steel wire rope is normal or not; and the man-machine interaction module is connected with the image processing module and is used for receiving the retrieval result of the image processing module and obtaining final anomaly detection judgment, and if the steel wire rope is abnormal, the man-machine interaction module is used for giving an alarm and controlling a crane roller to take corresponding shutdown actions.

    本发明提供了一种基于视觉的起重机钢丝绳缠绕异常检测系统及方法,包括:图像采集模块,安装在起重机卷筒所在位置,并用于实时采集起重机卷筒在卷扬过程中钢丝绳缠绕情况的图像;光源模块,设置在图像采集模块所在位置,并用于为图像采集模块提供照明,以保证图像采集质量;图像处理模块,图像处理模块与图像采集模块相连,用于接收图像采集模块所采集到的图像,并采用神经网络模型对图像信息进行处理和识别,进行缠绕异常检测,以检测钢丝绳状态是否正常;人机交互模块,人机交互模块与图像处理模块相连,用于接收图像处理模块的检索结果,得到最终的异常检测判断,如果钢丝绳出现异常情况,则通过人机交互模块进行警报并控制起重机卷筒采取相应的停机动作。
