The invention provides an electric vehicle user side adjustable power calculation method considering a fast charge load scene, which comprises the following steps: establishing an electric vehicle arrival process model set based on a non-homogeneous Poisson process, and estimating the charge state of an electric vehicle at the beginning of charging; generating a fast charging load scene based on a sequential Monte Carlo method, and simulating the arrival, queuing and charging process of the electric vehicle; analyzing the schedulable capability feasible region of the single electric vehicle in the access time period in the charging scene, and calculating the user-side real-time adjustable power of the electric vehicle in the charging scene based on the analysis; analyzing the schedulable capability feasible region of the single electric vehicle in the access time period in the V2G scene, and calculating the user side real-time adjustable power of the electric vehicle in the V2G scene based on the analysis; and calculating the real-time adjustable power of the large-scale electric vehicle user side aggregator by combining the real-time adjustable power of the electric vehicle user side in the charging scene and the V2G scene.

    本发明提供了一种考虑快充负荷场景的电动汽车用户侧可调功率计算方法,包括:建立基于非齐次泊松过程设定的电动汽车到站过程模型,估计电动汽车充电起始时的荷电状态;基于序贯蒙特卡洛方法生成快充负荷场景,模拟电动汽车到达、排队和充电过程;对充电场景下单辆电动汽车在接入时段内的可调度能力可行域进行分析,并基于该分析计算充电场景下电动汽车用户侧实时可调功率;对V2G场景下单辆电动汽车在接入时段内的可调度能力可行域进行分析,并基于该分析计算V2G场景下电动汽车用户侧实时可调功率;结合充电场景和V2G场景下电动汽车用户侧实时可调功率,计算规模化电动汽车用户侧聚合商实时可调功率。
