The invention provides an electric vehicle thermal management system based on a fuel cell. The electric vehicle thermal management system comprises an internal heat exchanger, a battery pack direct cooling plate, an external condenser, the fuel cell, an evaporator, a flash tank, a first four-way valve, a gas-liquid separator and a compressor. A first connector of the first four-way valve is connected with the compressor, a second connector of the first four-way valve is connected with the compressor through the gas-liquid separator, a third connector of the first four-way valve is connected with the internal heat exchanger, and the internal heat exchanger is connected with the battery pack direct cooling plate and the flash tank. The battery pack direct cooling plate and the flash tank are respectively connected with the evaporator through a sixth electromagnetic valve and a seventh electromagnetic valve; the evaporator is connected with a fourth interface of the first four-way valve through a ninth electromagnetic valve; control can be switched according to needs, so that a cabin and a battery of an automobile are in different thermal management modes, and the thermal management requirements of the automobile are met; in an extremely low temperature environment in winter, air supply and enthalpy increase are carried out through the flash tank, and the operation efficiency of the compressor is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于燃料电池的电动汽车热管理系统,包括:内部热交换器、电池包直冷板、外部冷凝器、燃料电池、蒸发器、闪发器、第一四通阀、气液分离器及压缩机;第一四通阀的第一接口与压缩机连接,第一四通阀的第二接口通过气液分离器与压缩机连接,第一四通阀的第三接口与内部热交换器连接,内部热交换器分别与电池包直冷板、闪发器连接,电池包直冷板、闪发器分别通过第六电磁阀、第七电磁阀与蒸发器连接,蒸发器通过第九电磁阀与第一四通阀的第四接口连接;本发明能够根据需要切换控制,使汽车的座舱及电池处于不同的热管理模式,满足其热管理需求;在冬季极低温环境下,通过闪发器进行补气增焓,提高压缩机运行效率。
