According to the invention, the high-power direct-current charging system obtains information such as vehicle-end required voltage and required current in real time, combines the current power battery voltage, dynamically calculates the number of required power supply modules, and optimizes the output voltage by using an algorithm, thereby improving the use efficiency of the power supply modules, reducing the power loss, and saving the power consumption cost.

    本发明涉及新能源充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种基于电池电压动态调整的直流充电系统控制方法。直流充电系统的输出电压V0采用车端需求电压Vd时,计算此时的所需电源模块数目K1;输出电压V0采用当前动力电池电压Vb加阈值电压G0时计算此时的所需电源模块数目K2,K2、K1二者取小值。本发明通过大功率直流充电系统实时获取车端需求电压、需求电流等信息,结合当前动力电池电压,动态计算所需电源模块数目,利用算法优化输出电压,从而提高电源模块的使用效率降低功率损耗,节约用电成本。
