The invention discloses a ship parameter rolling on-line early warning method and device, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the scanning of sea waves in a surrounding sea area of a ship through a radar, and obtaining the information of a sea wave field; forecasting information of waves arriving at the ship body according to a radar scanning result; calculating the motion response of the ship body by using the forecasted wave information to obtain a theoretical motion response; measuring the motion of the ship body by a motion sensor mounted on the ship body to obtain an actually measured motion response; comparing the actually measured motion response with the theoretical motion response; and if the actually measured motion response does not accord with the theoretical motion response, performing early warning. According to the method, the parameter rolling has distinct instantaneous characteristics, the occurrence of the ship parameter rolling can be accurately forecasted, the method has the advantages of being accurate and timely, and online early warning of the ship parameter rolling phenomenon is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶参数横摇在线预警方法和装置,其中,船舶参数横摇在线预警方法包括:通过雷达对船舶周围海域的海浪进行扫描,得到海浪场信息;根据雷达扫描结果,预报到达船体处的波浪信息;利用预报的波浪信息,计算船体的运动响应,得到理论运动响应;由安装于船体的运动传感器测量船体运动,得到实测运动响应;将实测运动响应与理论运动响应进行对比;如果实测运动响应与理论运动响应不符,则进行预警。本发明针对参数横摇具有鲜明的瞬时性特征,可以准确地预报船舶参数横摇的发生,具有准确、及时的优点,实现船舶参数横摇现象的在线预警。
