The invention provides a quadrangular deployable space truss structure which comprises polyhedral joints, connecting pieces, truss rods, stay cables and transverse rod joints, the truss rods are connected with the polyhedral joints through the connecting pieces and fixed through flat-end groove pins, and a rotating joint is arranged in the middle of a transverse rod of each periodic unit, so that a truss can be freely unfolded and contracted; and the stay cables are hooked on the polyhedral joints through the hooks, so that the overall stability of the truss structure is ensured. The large space expandable truss structure has the advantages of being beneficial to expansion and contraction of the structure, flexible in adjustment and convenient to mount and dismount, assembly of the large space expandable truss structure is facilitated, and flexibility of space tasks is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种四棱柱式可展开空间桁架结构,包括多面体关节、连接件、桁架杆、斜拉索、横杆关节,桁架杆通过连接件与多面体关节连接,并通过平头槽销固定,每个周期单元的横杆中间有旋转关节,让桁架可以自由展开收缩,并通过平头槽销固定,斜拉索通过钩子钩在多面体关节上,保证桁架结构的整体稳定性。本发明具有利于结构的展开与收缩,灵活调整,安装拆卸方便的特点,有助于大型空间可展开桁架结构的组装,极大地提升了空间任务的灵活性。
