A self-unfolding multi-stage telescopic variable damping mechanism relates to the field of carrier rocket reuse and comprises a large-end support lug, a damping rod, a damping cylinder, an outer cylinder, a first-stage damping assembly, a second-stage damping assembly, a small-end support lug and an oil tank, the large-end support lug is provided with an inner cavity, one end of the outer cylinder is connected with the large-end support lug, and the inner part of the outer cylinder is communicated with the inner cavity of the large-end support lug; the damping cylinder is slidably connected into the outer cylinder, the second-stage damping assembly is connected to the end, close to the large-end supporting lug, of the outer wall face of the damping cylinder, the damping rod is slidably connected into the damping cylinder, the second-stage damping assembly is connected to the end, close to the large-end supporting lug, of the damping rod, and the end, away from the large-end supporting lug, of the damping rod is connected with the small-end supporting lug. Sealing assemblies are arranged between the end, away from the large-end supporting lug, of the outer cylinder and the damping cylinder and between the end, away from the large-end supporting lug, of the damping cylinder and the damping rod. And the oil tank is communicated with the inner cavity of the large-end support lug. The method is suitable for wide-area landing buffer conditions of medium and large carrier rockets and meets the requirement for higher buffer performance.

    一种自展开多级伸缩变阻尼机构,涉及运载火箭重复使用领域,包括大端支耳、阻尼杆、阻尼筒、外筒、一级阻尼组件、二级阻尼组件、小端支耳和油箱,大端支耳设有内部空腔,外筒一端与大端支耳连接,外筒内部与大端支耳的内部空腔连通,阻尼筒滑动连接于外筒的内部,二级阻尼组件连接于阻尼筒外壁面靠近大端支耳的一端,阻尼杆滑动连接于阻尼筒内,二级阻尼组件连接于阻尼杆靠近大端支耳的一端,阻尼杆远离大端支耳的端部与小端支耳连接,外筒远离大端支耳的端部与阻尼筒之间、以及阻尼筒远离大端支耳的一端与阻尼杆之间均设置有密封组件;油箱连通于大端支耳的内部空腔。适用中大型运载火箭宽域着陆缓冲条件,适应缓冲性能更高要求。
