The invention relates to the technical field of lifting equipment, and discloses a universal lifting appliance which comprises a supporting seat, a plurality of lifting rods and a driving unit, and the upper end of the supporting seat is used for being connected with the lifting equipment; the multiple lifting rods are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the supporting base and can move away from or towards the supporting base. The driving unit is arranged to be capable of driving the multiple lifting rods to move away from the supporting base so as to be tightly attached to the hole wall of the through hole and can drive the multiple lifting rods to move towards the supporting base so as to leave the hole wall of the through hole. According to the lifting device, the driving unit can correspondingly drive the multiple lifting rods to move away from the supporting base by a distance according to the size of the through hole of the to-be-lifted component, and finally the lifting rods are tightly attached to the hole wall of the through hole, so that the to-be-lifted component is clamped and fixed. The universal lifting appliance provided by the invention can simultaneously meet the lifting requirements of components with different specifications (through holes with different sizes), so that the lifting appliance does not need to be replaced when a product is remodeled, and the cost of lifting equipment is saved.

    本发明涉及吊装设备技术领域,公开了一种通用吊具,包括支撑座、多个提杆和驱动单元,支撑座的上端用于连接起重设备;多个提杆均布在支撑座的周向上,并设置为能够远离或朝向支撑座移动;驱动单元设置为能够驱动多个提杆远离支撑座移动以紧贴通孔的孔壁,并能够驱动所述多个提杆朝向所述支撑座移动以离开所述通孔的孔壁。在本发明中,驱动单元能够根据待吊装构件的通孔大小相应地驱动多个提杆远离支撑座移动的距离,最终紧贴通孔的孔壁,实现对待吊装构件的夹持固定。也即本发明提供的通用吊具能够同时满足不同规格构件(通孔大小不同)的吊装需求,使得在产品换型时也无需更换吊具,从而节约了吊装设备的成本。
