The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical engineering, in particular to a method for inserting steel strands into a hydraulic lifting cylinder, which comprises the following steps: providing a traction steel sleeve, and polishing the inserting end of each steel strand to be inserted into a sharp corner shape; a hydraulic lifting cylinder is horizontally placed on the ground; penetrating the middle part of a traction steel sleeve into a steel strand through hole of the hydraulic lifting cylinder; the inserting end of a steel strand to be inserted is inserted into the end, close to the lower clamping and locking hole, of the traction steel sleeve; pushing the to-be-inserted steel strand to push and pull the steel sleeve to move along the direction of the steel strand through hole until the insertion end of the to-be-inserted steel strand penetrates out of the upper clamping lock hole of the hydraulic lifting cylinder to reach a preset length; by the adoption of the method, the steel strands can be inserted quickly and efficiently, meanwhile, the steel strands and the clamping lock catches cannot be damaged, the problems that in traditional steel strand insertion, cooperation of multiple persons is needed, and efficiency is low are solved, labor intensity is lowered, and working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及冶金工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种液压提升缸穿插钢绞线的方法,包括:提供一根牵引钢套管,将各待穿插的钢绞线的穿插端均打磨成尖角状;将液压提升缸水平放置在地面上;将牵引钢套管的中部穿进液压提升缸的一个钢绞线穿孔中;将一待穿插的钢绞线的穿插端插入牵引钢套管临近下夹锁孔设置的一端;推动待穿插的钢绞线以顶推牵引钢套管沿着钢绞线穿孔的方向移动,直至待穿插的钢绞线的穿插端穿出液压提升缸的上夹锁孔达到预定的长度后停止;采用该方法实现了钢绞线快速、高效地穿插,同时不会损伤到钢绞线和夹锁扣,不仅克服了传统穿插钢绞线时需要多人配合,效率低下的问题,而且降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
