The device comprises two groups of cross beams which are distributed front and back; the crown block assembly comprises a middle plate, a movable plate, a top plate, a mounting wheel and a driving wheel; the hoisting assembly comprises a fixed plate fixedly connected to the lower portion of the movable plate, a first winding roller rotationally connected to the fixed plate and a winding steel cable, the lower surface of the fixed plate is fixedly connected with three sets of mounting boxes in a circular array with the winding steel cable as the axis, and the interiors of the three sets of mounting boxes are rotationally connected with second winding rollers; the three second winding rollers are wound with stable steel cables, and the bottom ends of the stable steel cables are fixedly connected with connecting frames. According to the winding steel cable hoisting device, the three auxiliary steel cables distributed in a conical shape exert the pulling force effect in three directions on the winding steel cable, so that the hoisting stability of the winding steel cable is improved, meanwhile, the winding steel cable is conveniently, automatically and regularly smeared with lubricating oil, and mounting and dismounting are convenient.

    本发明公开了一种用于工程施工的转运吊装结构及其施工方法,涉及工程施工技术领域。本发明包括设置为两组并呈前后分布的横梁;天车组件,包括中间板、活动板、顶板、安装轮和驱动轮;吊装组件,包括固定连接在活动板下方的固定板、转动连接在固定板上的收卷辊一和收卷钢索,固定板的下表面以收卷钢索为轴线呈圆形阵列固定连接有三组安装箱,三组安装箱的内部均转动连接有收卷辊二,三根收卷辊二上均绕合有稳定钢索,稳定钢索的底端均固定连接有连接框。本发明通过三根呈锥形分布的辅助钢索对收卷钢索施加三个方向上的拉力作用,从而提高了收卷钢索的吊装稳定性,同时也便于对收卷钢索进行自动定期涂抹润滑油,并且便于进行安装拆卸。
