A limiting piece used for limiting and guiding lifting of the lifting base is further arranged in the lifting base, and the limiting piece and the lifting base synchronously ascend and descend on the stand column. Compared with the prior art, the lifting mechanism drives the lifting seat and the telescopic arm to synchronously ascend and descend on the stand column, meanwhile, the limiting piece is arranged in the lifting seat, and in the process that the lifting mechanism drives the lifting seat to ascend and descend, the limiting piece limits and guides ascending and descending of the lifting seat, so that the situation that the lifting mechanism is separated from the stand column due to shaking of the stand column is avoided; the lifting seat falls off from the top of the stand column, and the connecting stability of the lifting seat and the stand column is improved.
