The invention relates to an automobile plate spring, in particular to a basalt fiber automobile plate spring and a preparation method thereof. A preparation method of the basalt fiber automobile plate spring comprises the following steps that S1, basalt fibers are prepared; s2, a basalt fiber net is prepared from basalt fibers, the basalt fiber net is activated, and an activated basalt fiber net is prepared; s3, cutting off the coarse basalt fibers and activating the coarse basalt fibers to prepare activated short-cut basalt fibers; s4, mixing the activated short-cut basalt fibers with thermosetting polyimide to prepare a first composite material; s5, multiple layers of thermosetting polyimide and activated basalt fiber nets are sequentially laid in the mold from bottom to top, and a second composite material is prepared; and S6, the first mixed material and the second mixed material are subjected to hot pressing in a mold, demolding is conducted after hot pressing is finished, and the basalt fiber automobile plate spring is obtained. The technical problems that an existing basalt fiber automobile plate spring is low in fatigue resistance frequency and short in service life are solved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车板簧,具体涉及一种玄武岩纤维汽车板簧及其制备方法。一种玄武岩纤维汽车板簧的制备方法,包括以下步骤,S1、制备玄武岩纤维;S2、由玄武岩纤维制得玄武岩纤维网,活化玄武岩纤维网,制得活化玄武岩纤维网;S3、切断粗玄武岩纤维并活化,制得活化短切玄武岩纤维;S4、将活化短切玄武岩纤维和热固性聚酰亚胺混合,制得第一复合物料;S5、随后在模具内自下而上依次铺设多层热固性聚酰亚胺和活化玄武岩纤维网,制得第二复合物料;S6、将第一混合物料和第二混合物料在模具内热压,热压结束后脱模即制得玄武岩纤维汽车板簧。解决了现有的玄武岩纤维汽车板簧耐疲劳次数、使用寿命低的技术问题。
