The invention discloses an optimization method and device for charging and discharging of an electric vehicle and a nonvolatile storage medium. The method comprises the steps that vehicle data and operation data of a target electric vehicle are obtained, and the vehicle data comprise at least one of the following data: the battery capacity and the charging and discharging power limitation of the target electric vehicle; the vehicle data are input into a deterministic model, a charging and discharging plan corresponding to the target electric vehicle is output, and the deterministic model is used for adjusting the charging and discharging plan of the target electric vehicle with the minimum cost of an aggregation system where the target electric vehicle is located as the target; and inputting the vehicle data and the operation data into the hierarchical model, adjusting a charging and discharging plan of the target electric vehicle in the hierarchical model, and determining a target charging and discharging plan of the target electric vehicle. The technical problem that the optimization effect is poor due to the fact that an existing electric vehicle charging and discharging optimization method cannot effectively process the uncertainty of the driving mode of the electric vehicle and the uncertainty of the charging and discharging demand is solved.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车充放电的优化方法、装置和非易失性存储介质。其中,该方法包括:获取目标电动车辆的车辆数据和运行数据,车辆数据中包括以下至少之一:目标电动车辆的电池容量、充放电功率限制;将车辆数据输入至确定性模型中,输出目标电动车辆对应的充放电计划,其中,确定性模型用于以目标电动车辆所在的聚合系统的成本最小为目标调整目标电动车辆的充放电计划;将车辆数据和运行数据输入至分层模型中,在分层模型中对目标电动车辆的充放电计划进行调整,确定目标电动车辆的目标充放电计划。本发明解决了目前电动汽车充放电的优化方法无法有效处理电动汽车行驶模式的不确定性、充放电需求的不确定性导致优化效果不好的技术问题。
