The invention belongs to the technical field of rubber, and particularly relates to a rubber composition, a preparation method thereof and an OTR engineering tire using the rubber composition. The rubber composition disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of diene rubber, 0 to 1.5 parts of tetrazine compound, 0.2 to 1.5 parts of pyrazolone compound, 0 to 30 parts of liquid rubber, 20 to 100 parts of reinforcing filler, 0 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent, 2 to 10 parts of vulcanization activator, vulcanization accelerator, vulcanizing agent, antioxidant, resin and plasticizer. The proportions of the tetrazine compound and the liquid rubber are not zero at the same time. The heat generated by the OTR engineering tire can be obviously reduced, and the damage resistance of the tire is improved.
本发明属于橡胶技术领域,具体涉及一种橡胶组合物及其制备方法、使用其的OTR工程轮胎。本发明公开的橡胶组合物(以质量份数计)包括二烯烃类橡胶100份、四嗪类化合物0‑1.5份、吡唑啉酮类化合物0.2‑1.5份、液体橡胶0‑30份、补强填料20‑100份、硅烷偶联剂0‑5份、硫化活化剂2‑10份、硫化促进剂、硫化剂、抗氧化剂、树脂和增塑剂。且所述四嗪类化合物和液体橡胶的占比不同时为零。本发明可以显著降低OTR工程轮胎生热同时,提高轮胎的抗破坏性能。
