The invention provides a vehicle safety control method based on unmanned driving. The vehicle safety control method comprises the following steps: collecting real-time detection data of a vehicle; processing and analyzing the vehicle real-time detection data to obtain vehicle driving parameters; judging the vehicle driving parameters to obtain vehicle states, wherein the vehicle states comprise a vehicle normal driving state and a vehicle potential abnormal state; based on the normal driving state of the vehicle, adopting a safe driving mechanism to carry out safety limitation on the vehicle driving parameters; and triggering a vehicle safety protection mechanism to perform safety control on the vehicle based on the potential abnormal state of the vehicle. According to the vehicle safety control method provided by the invention, the driving safety of the remote unmanned vehicle can be improved.
