A balance weight capable of being inserted into the outlet is fixed to the free end of the floating belt and detachably connected with the box body, a handle wheel is fixed to one end of the center shaft, and a push-out mechanism is arranged on the box body. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle, when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands emergently, the push-out mechanism pushes away the balance weight from the box body, the balance weight and the exposed part of the floating belt can continuously pull out the remaining floating belt from the winding drum due to wind resistance, and the floating belt pulled out is more and more, so that the landing speed can be slowed down in the landing process of the unmanned aerial vehicle through the floating belt; and finally, the unmanned aerial vehicle floats on the water surface under the buoyancy action of the floating belt.
