The invention discloses a hydraulic control system and method for a variable-amplitude oil cylinder of a lightering crane, and relates to the technical field of hydraulic control systems of cranes. The hydraulic control system comprises a hydraulic oil output assembly, the hydraulic oil output assembly outputs hydraulic oil in an oil tank to a port P, and the port P is connected to a first electromagnetic control valve and a second logic valve; the outlet end of the second logic valve is connected to the first control valve, the other connecting port of the first control valve is connected to the oil cylinder small cavity, and the first control valve is used for forward or reverse flow of hydraulic oil; the oil cylinder large cavity is connected to a first logic valve and a fourth electromagnetic control valve, and the other end of the first logic valve is connected with an oil return tank; the outlet end of the second logic valve is further connected to a second electromagnetic control valve and a third logic valve, the outlet end of the third logic valve is connected to the oil cylinder large cavity, and hydraulic oil enters the oil cylinder small cavity through the first control valve from the outlet of the second logic valve or enters the oil cylinder large cavity through the third logic valve. The structure is simple, and the effect of compactly arranging the amplitude variation system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种过驳吊机变幅油缸液压控制系统及其控制方法,涉及吊机液压控制系统技术领域,包括液压油输出组件,液压油输出组件将油箱中的液压油输出至P口,P口连接于第一电磁控制阀和第二逻辑阀,第二逻辑阀的出口端连接于第一控制阀,第一控制阀的另一连接口连接于油缸小腔,第一控制阀供液压油正向或反向流动;油缸大腔连接于第一逻辑阀和第四电磁控制阀,第一逻辑阀的另一端连接回油箱;第二逻辑阀的出口端还连接于第二电磁控制阀和第三逻辑阀,第三逻辑阀的出口端连接于油缸大腔,液压油从第二逻辑阀的出口通过第一控制阀进入油缸小腔,或通过第三逻辑阀进入油缸大腔。其结构简单,达到了紧凑型布置变幅系统的效果。
