The invention belongs to the technical field of casters, and relates to a lightweight transposition lifting universal caster which comprises a connecting shell, a connecting column, an eccentric caster, a limiting cover, a ball, a driving shaft, a convex cap and a first compression spring. According to the lifting universal trundle, the support is pulled upwards, the ball groove can rise to the position of the ball, the ball is clamped into the ball groove, the first compression spring can promote the driving shaft to automatically move upwards, and therefore the conical face is used for preventing the ball from retracting inwards, and then the walking state of the trolley is kept; when the driving section is pressed downwards, the balls can retract inwards so that the connecting columns can move relative to the connecting shells, the connecting columns can ascend relative to the connecting shells due to supporting force of the ground to the eccentric trundles, the support can fall on the ground, and therefore the parking state of the trolley is maintained. As the surfaces of the balls are smooth, adjustment is smoother in the state switching process, the transposition failure risk is small, and the abrasion problem is small. And parts are simple in structure and convenient to process.

    本发明属于脚轮技术领域,涉及一种轻量化换位升降万向脚轮,包括连接壳、连接柱、偏心脚轮、限位盖、滚珠、驱动轴、凸帽和第一压缩弹簧。本升降万向脚轮通过上拉支架,滚珠槽才会升高到滚珠处,滚珠卡入滚珠槽,第一压缩弹簧会促使驱动轴自行向上运动,从而用锥形面阻止滚珠内缩,继而保持小车行走状态;下压驱动段,滚珠可以内缩而使连接柱可以相对连接壳运动,地面对偏心脚轮的支撑力会使连接柱相对连接壳上升,则支架能够落在地面上,从而维持小车停靠状态。因滚珠表面光滑,所以状态切换过程中调整更加顺畅,换位失败风险小,磨损问题小。而且零件结构简单,加工方便。
