The control method of the electronic hand brake comprises the steps that if it is determined that a first precondition for entering a parking state is met, and pressing operation for a parking gear key is detected; if it is determined that the pressing duration of the pressing operation is not smaller than a first set threshold value, first state information representing that a parking gear key is not pressed down is sent to a gear shifting controller, and the first state information is used for controlling gear shifting control to prohibit sending of a parking gear switching request to a vehicle control unit; and controlling the electronic hand brake to execute starting operation.
