The invention relates to a residential district reservation charging control method compatible with a non-intelligent charging pile, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting a non-intelligent pile reservation charging application and intelligent pile reservation charging application information inputted by a user, and calculating a current charging constraint condition; 2, calculating the total charging power of the non-intelligent pile according to the data collected in the step 1; step 3, calculating the available total capacity of the intelligent pile according to the total charging power of the non-intelligent pile obtained in the step 2; 4, calculating the power distribution of the intelligent charging pile based on the total available capacity of the intelligent pile obtained in the step 3; and 5, according to the power distribution result of the intelligent charging pile obtained in the step 4, the intelligent charging pile generates a charging strategy, the charging strategy is executed, and charging is completed. According to the invention, the problems of insufficient power capacity of the residential area and orderly charging adjustment under the condition that non-intelligent piles and intelligent piles coexist in the existing residential area can be solved.
