The invention discloses a maritime hazardous chemical substance emergency disposal method which comprises the following steps that a ship propelled by hybrid power electric power serves as a rescue ship to go to a safe area outside a maritime hazardous chemical substance leakage area; a power source of the rescue ship is switched into an energy storage device in a safe area outside a seaborne dangerous chemical leakage area; all ventilation devices on the rescue ship are closed; opening a cabin positive pressure protection system and a water curtain protection system on the rescue ship; the rescue ship enters the seaborne dangerous chemical leakage area for rescue operation; when the power of the energy storage device on the rescue ship is insufficient, the rescue ship evacuates from the seaborne dangerous chemical leakage area; a power source of the rescue ship is switched into fuel in a safe area outside the seaborne hazardous chemical substance leakage area; and after the energy storage device on the rescue ship is completely charged, the steps are repeated until disposal is completed. The rescue ship can normally run and run within the hazardous chemical substance range, and the safety of the rescue ship can be effectively protected.

    本发明公开了一种海上危化品应急处置方法,其包括以下步骤:以混合动力电力推进的船舶作为救助船,前往海上危化品泄露区域外的安全区域;在海上危化品泄露区域外的安全区域,将救助船的动力源切换为储能装置;关闭救助船上所有通风装置;打开救助船上的舱室正压保护系统和水幕保护系统;救助船进入海上危化品泄露区域进行救助作业;当救助船上的储能装置电力不足的时候,撤离海上危化品泄露区域;在海上危化品泄露区域外的安全区域,将救助船的动力源切换为燃料;当救助船上的储能装置充电完毕后,重复前述步骤,直至处置完毕。本发明能够使救助船在危化品范围内正常行驶与运行,且能够有效保护自身安全。
