The rotor assembly comprises a rotor iron core which is provided with a plurality of permanent magnet grooves which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction; the permanent magnets are arranged in the permanent magnet grooves; the plurality of magnetic conductive blocks are arranged corresponding to the plurality of permanent magnet grooves, and each magnetic conductive block is arranged on one side, close to the rotating shaft, of the corresponding permanent magnet groove along the radial direction; the magnetic conductive block is configured to move between a first position close to the permanent magnet groove and a second position far away from the permanent magnet groove so as to adjust the magnetic field distribution of the rotor assembly.
