The invention discloses a power-assisted braking device for braking in the technical field of vehicle braking, a first one-way valve is arranged on a cylinder body, a front variable cavity of the first one-way valve is communicated with an oil port of an oil tank in a one-way mode, a conical shaft sleeve which is arranged on a plug body and used for ejecting the first one-way valve is combined, and when the braking force reaches the maximum, the first one-way valve is opened; and when the first one-way valve is jacked open, the pressure oil in the front variable cavity flows back to the oil tank through the first one-way valve. The first one-way valve is mounted on the cylinder body, production and assembly difficulty is lowered, and maintenance and replacement are facilitated. The large cavity and the small cavity are formed in the cylinder body, the diameter of the large cavity is larger than that of the small cavity, when the first one-way valve is ejected open, the extrusion force of the piston on hydraulic oil in the small cavity can be increased in a multiplied mode, the good power-assisted braking effect is achieved, and the brake cylinder is suitable for large machines.

    本发明公开了车辆制动技术领域的一种用于刹车的助力制动装置,本发明在缸体上设置有前可变腔体向所述油箱油口单向导通的第一单向阀,并结合所述塞体设有的用于顶开所述第一单向阀的锥形轴套,在刹车力达到最大时,第一单向阀被顶开,所述前可变腔体内的压力油通过所述第一单向阀回流至油箱。第一单向阀安装于缸体上,降低生产组装难度,并且便于检修更换。在缸体内设置大腔和小腔,大腔的直径大于小腔的直径,当第一单向阀被顶开时,可以活塞对于小腔内液压油的挤压力呈数倍增大,起到很好的助力制动效果,适用于大型机械。
