The invention discloses a pipe hoisting and laying device and a pipe hoisting method, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting. The pipe hoisting and laying device comprises a portal frame, a hoisting head is slidably connected to the portal frame, a positioning mechanism is arranged between the hoisting head and the portal frame, and a winding device is further arranged on the portal frame; and the winding device is connected with the hoisting head through a rope. The pipe hoisting method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of portal frames are arranged at the position where a pipe ditch is located at intervals; s2, a hoisting device is adopted to control the hoisting head to be located above the pipe, and a positioning mechanism is used for positioning the hoisting head; s3, the pipe is fixed through a hoisting hoist and a hoisting belt, and the hoisting belt is gradually tensioned to apply force until the pipe just leaves the ground; s4, positioning of the hoisting head by the positioning mechanism is relieved, and the position of the hoisting head on the inclined beam is adjusted through the winding device until the pipe is located above the pipe ditch; and S5, the hoisting hoist is loosened until the pipe is placed in the pipe ditch.

    本发明公开了一种管材吊装铺放装置及管材吊装方法,属于吊装技术领域,管材吊装铺放装置包括龙门架,所述龙门架上滑动连接有吊装头,所述吊装头与所述龙门架之间设有定位机构,所述龙门架上还设有卷扬装置,所述卷扬装置与所述吊装头为绳连接。管材吊装方法包括如下步骤:S1:采用若干龙门架间隔布置于管沟所在位置;S2:采用卷扬装置控制吊装头位于管材上方,并用定位机构对吊装头定位;S3:通过吊装葫芦和吊带固定管材并逐步拉紧吊带上力,直至管材刚刚离开地面;S4:解除定位机构对吊装头的定位,通过卷扬装置调整吊装头在倾斜梁上的位置,直至管材位于管沟上方;S5:放松吊装葫芦直至管材置于管沟。
