The invention provides a preparation method of a temperature change type spoke material, and relates to the technical field of materials, the temperature change type spoke material comprises the following components by weight: 80-100 parts of a polyurethane elastomer, 0.1-1.0 part of a temperature change auxiliary agent, 1-10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-10 parts of a light stabilizer, 0.1-2.0 parts of a cross-linking agent, and 0.1-1.0 part of a catalyst; when the polyurethane elastomer is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, the preparation method comprises the following steps: treating the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer at high temperature for a period of time to obtain the treated thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer; uniformly mixing the temperature change auxiliary agent, the anti-aging agent, the light stabilizer, the cross-linking agent and the catalyst according to a first proportion to obtain a first mixture; adding the treated thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer into the first mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain an intermediate material; and the intermediate material is subjected to injection molding, and the temperature-variable spoke material is obtained. Therefore, the prepared temperature-variable spoke material can display different colors at the temperature of 0-90 DEG C, and is simple and easy to implement.
本申请提供一种温变型辐条材料的制备方法,涉及材料技术领域,该温变型辐条材料按重量份数计包括:聚氨酯弹性体,80‑100份,温变助剂,0.1‑1.0份,防老剂,1‑10份,光稳定剂,1‑10份,交联剂,0.1‑2.0份,催化剂,0.1‑1.0份;当聚氨酯弹性体为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体时,制备方法包括:将热塑性聚氨酯弹性体于高温下处理一段时间,得到处理后的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体;将温变助剂、防老剂、光稳定剂、交联剂和催化剂按照第一比例混合均匀后,得到第一混合物;向第一混合物中加入处理后的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,混合均匀后,得到中间物料;将中间物料注塑成型,得到温变型辐条材料。由此,制得的温变型辐条材料可以在0‑90℃下显示不同的颜色,且简单易实现。
