The invention provides a formwork traction type frame trolley device, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The device comprises a steel frame, a lifting mechanism, a hanging mechanism, a transverse moving mechanism and an avoiding mechanism. Wheels are arranged at the bottom of the steel frame, a transverse rail is arranged on the bottom face close to the working face of the retaining wall, and the wheels are in sliding fit with the transverse rail. The lifting mechanism is arranged on the steel frame in a sliding mode in the direction parallel to the transverse rail and used for transferring the concrete formworks in the vertical direction. A plurality of suspension mechanisms are arranged on the steel frame; the transverse moving mechanism is installed on the top of the steel frame and used for driving the lifting mechanism to move in the direction parallel to the transverse rail. The avoiding mechanism is installed on the transverse moving mechanism and used for driving the suspension mechanism to automatically avoid the lifting mechanism when the lifting mechanism in the moving state gets close to the suspension mechanism in the static state. Compared with the prior art, the construction method has the advantage of improving the construction efficiency of the retaining wall.
