The invention discloses a heavy-load group train battery fault monitoring method, which comprises the following steps of: obtaining historical data of a normal battery and preprocessing the historical data to obtain normalized historical data; a LightGBM-ELM auto-encoder model is constructed, and the auto-encoder model is trained based on the normalized historical data; obtaining real-time data of the vehicle-mounted battery, and carrying out feature standardization on the real-time data to obtain normalized real-time data; inputting the normalized real-time data into the trained auto-encoder model to obtain reconstruction data corresponding to the real-time data, and judging whether a reconstruction error between the real-time data and the corresponding reconstruction data reaches an abnormal standard or not based on an abnormal judgment threshold; according to the method, whether the difference between the real-time data and the reconstruction data output by the auto-encoder model reaches the abnormity judgment threshold value is judged through the trained auto-encoder model, the abnormal data which is not consistent with the normal battery is quickly identified, and the real-time detection of the battery fault is realized.

    本发明公开了一种重载群组列车电池故障监测方法,包括:获取正常电池的历史数据并进行预处理,以获取规范化历史数据;构建LightGBM‑ELM自编码器模型,并基于规范化历史数据,训练自编码器模型;获取车载电池的实时数据,对其进行特征标准化,以获取规范化实时数据;将规范化实时数据输入到训练后的自编码器模型中,获得实时数据对应的重构数据,并基于异常判定阈值,判断实时数据及其对应重构数据间的重构误差是否达到异常标准;本发明通过训练后自编码器模型判断实时数据与自编码器模型输出的重构数据间的差异是否达到异常判定阈值,迅速识别与正常电池不符的异常数据,实现对电池故障的实时检测。
