The invention discloses a bracket assembly, an electric automobile and a locking method of a battery box, the bracket assembly comprises a locking device and a locking mechanism, the locking device comprises the locking mechanism, the locking mechanism is movably connected to a bracket, and the locking mechanism can move in the direction close to or away from the battery box located on the bracket. And the battery box is prevented from moving on the bracket or the locking mechanism is prevented from being separated from the battery box. A lock tongue of the lock mechanism acts on a lock groove of the locking mechanism so as to fix the movement of the locking mechanism relative to the bracket; and the lock tongue is clamped with the lock groove so as to fix the movement of the locking mechanism relative to the bracket. The battery box and the locking mechanism of the locking device are arranged on the bracket, and the locking mechanism gets close to or away from the battery box, so that the locking mechanism locks or unlocks the battery box, and the battery box can be fixed or replaced conveniently. According to the locking device, the stability of the battery box can be improved, and the reliability of electric connection of the battery box can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种托架总成、电动汽车及电池箱的锁止方法,托架总成包括锁止装置和锁机构,锁止装置包括锁止机构,锁止机构活动连接于托架上,且锁止机构能够沿靠近或者远离位于托架上电池箱的方向移动,以限制电池箱在托架上移动或者锁止机构与电池箱相脱离。锁机构的锁舌作用于锁止机构的锁槽,以固定锁止机构相对于托架的移动;锁舌与锁槽相卡合,以固定锁止机构相对于托架的移动。本发明通过将电池箱及锁止装置的锁止机构设置在托架上,并利用锁止机构靠近或者远离电池箱,从而实现锁止机构对电池箱进行锁止或解锁,进而便于实现对电池箱的固定或更换。本发明的锁止装置有利于提高电池箱的稳固性,有利于提高电池箱的电连接的可靠性。
